In this part, we’re going to introduce how to collect order while you are live-streaming in Fanpage. The new intelligent assistant for live merchants makes the Order management no longer difficult. Easy in 5 steps.



Step 1: Login and store settings. 

Log in via the website.

Go to “Setting” to connect to the Facebook page. And set up the shop for Bank, or COD (cash on delivery) and the shipping fee.

As you start a live-stream video via  your FB fan page, the Shoplus system “Lives” would show the video status simultaneously.


Step 2: Start live!

As Seller, you  can just live broadcast on your Facebook page Like usual.

Meanwhile, at the same time you can view the customer’s comments  under the live via the “Live” long as the FB fanpage is connected to Shoplus.


Once you received comments with the intention to buy the product during live streaming, you can easily turn the message into an order.


The smart AI Live assistant would record to the backend system automatically.

Just one click the ” Tick ” button,  you can change the comment record into order immediately and go to the order management for follow-up processing.

If the buyer order multiple items in one live broadcasting, Shoplus would allow you to merge into one order, before you process to shipment.


Step 3: Summarize orders from Fanpage  and send bills

Following the steps above, as a shop owner, you  can check and summarize orders in the menu bar,  “Order”.

Click the “Pending Management” status.


Here you  can click to enter further details price, quantity and payment info.

If you didn’t pre-set up with specific product info, you could click “Add new product” and key in more detail for it.

After that, click “Send confirmation”.


Step 4: Close the deal


Bills that summarize orders would be sent to customers inbox with automatic payment details.

The chatbot would lead the customer going through the process step by step smoothly.

After the customer has paid and upload the receipt prove back to the chatbot, for those sellers who allowed Shoplus to track their inventory, the system will conduct an inquiry for forwarding immediately.


If customers have bought any other product in this shop before, the shipping info which they’ve already filled in would be registered automatically.

If the customer never bought the thing in your shop, he/she would have to fill in their shipping info.


Step 5: Check orders

All customer information will be stored in the backend system, so shop owner  can go back and check for the accuracy and confirm the order after video post.


After confirmed to your customers,  orders will be moved to the status “Fulfilled” in backend system.


In the case that the shop itself is able to click “Seller self-shipping” and enter the package number in order to print the “Receipt and shipping label” out.
