Shoplus has launched a new feature “Online Store”!
You can turn on this function and add some products to the online store, then the buyers can open the web page, view the products, and buy them on Messenger.
By using Shoplus “online store”, you can manage your product stock in the same app.
How to start to use “online store”?
- Go to the online store Page
- Turn on the “online store” function and add some products to the online store.
- Share the URL to your buyers by adding the URL on the posts.
Note: If you delete the product on the product list, then the product on the online store will be deleted automatically.
Common Problem:
Q: Why does my newly created product not appear on the web-store?
A: The products in the online store need to be selected from the existing product list and turn on the switch to display in the online store. If you delete the product from the product list, the products in the online store will also be deleted automatically.
Q: Why can’t I customize the URL?
A: The URL of the online store is not including a custom function, and it will be released in the future.
Q: What is the sorting basis of popular products?
A: The ranking of popular products is customized by the seller in Shoplus. It is recommended to place the main promotional products at the front so that buyers can see them at a glance.
