Shoplus has updated the new feature, you can now mark completed orders as refunded.
Please note that the order can only be marked as refunded. If the item is incorrect, please return the money to the buyer yourself.
How do I use the “mark as refunded” feature?
- Go to the order page
- Enter the shipped order and click the button in the lower left corner.
- Enter a note, and mark it as a refund.
- Modify the function description of the login/signup page
- Fixed an issue where the button could not be clicked when the buyer checked out via Android
- Fix mobile version account information error
