Order Management System or OMS is another cool fearture of Shoplus. It is a fully integrated system that helps sellers manage orders from Facebook business page that makes selling online a lot easier!
OMS Web Version
Pending Orders
- Once order was created, seller can check and summarize orders here.
- Just go to “Orders” menu > “Pending Status” > Hit action button
Order Details
- The system will collect all comments of the same customer in will summarize it under one order or transaction.
- The seller and its page admins or moderators can add or remove products here based on the final order of the buyer. Included also are the quantity and price per order item.
- After finalizing order details click “Save and Send Bill” button.
Confirm Order
- After saving order details, customer’s data will be stored in Shoplus system.
- Admin can re-check before confirming order.
- Click “Confirm Order” button to proceed with the next process.
OMS App Version
- Order summary will be automatically sent to the buyer on their Facebook Messenger.
- When the customer already paid and sent the payment receipt,
- The system will request for the shipping information immediately.
